1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

2. Eligible Items

• Items received in damaged or defective condition
• Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Items that develop a manufacturing fault within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, opened (for accessories/peripherals), or physically damaged by the customer
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Software, digital products, or items marked "Final Sale"

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email within the 7-day window:

• Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the item

We will review your request within 24–48 business hours and provide a return authorisation and collection/drop-off instructions.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or bank account.

6. Exchanges

We will replace a defective or damaged item with the same product at no extra charge, subject to availability. If the product is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

7. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping costs. If you changed your mind, return shipping is at your expense.
